Spoilers Supernatural - Season 12

And now the most important questions: Will we be in the pre-Scrappy-Doo era? And will Crowley steal all the Scooby snacks?

OK....is *he* really dead? I doubt it. I'm guessing that next season will be about some Supernatural babysitting---which I imagine is where the cartoon business comes into play.

Heeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrre's Chuckie...erm...Jack...

Can the Winchesters defeat evil baby Jack? Find out on the next Scooby-doo.

Sam and Dean have lost Castiel, Crowley and Mary. I wonder if the new child will be the new baddie or the new Castiel/Crowley supernatural support for Winchesters.

Bummer for Mary. She gave up heaven in the Winchester universe to get stuck in a universe in which humans are nuisances in the eternal battle between angels and hell. And that's putting aside her inevitable role as Lucifer's new pet in the apocalypse.

And this must be the second or third time Castiel has been killed, so I give it about one or two episodes at the most before he returns. Hopefully it's not an alternate universe Castiel, though.

Hmmmmm...I wonder what alternate Chuck is up to in apocalypse world.

Castiel has been atomized 3 times... by Raphael, by Lucifer, and by the Leviathans when they left his body. This will be his 4th death, which is pretty much on par with the Winchesters.

Crowley doing what he did... didn't see that one coming. I wonder if the Crowley we saw die is not the alternate universe one.

I hope everyone who died stays dead, because it kind of sucks for the ones who have remained dead that everyone else treats resurrection like going to Burger King. But that's a symptom of the writing.

I think Dean would be more of a threat to the Scooby snacks than Crowley.

I haven't been watching this season but I'd have to tune in to that episode. They'd probably mesh well with the recent "Mystery Incorporated" version of Scooby Doo but I imagine they will go with a classic take on the gang. I'm pretty confident that Scrappy would not escape unscathed if included. Personally, I think it'd be better to have the boys meet a live-action version of the Scooby gang.

"And I would have gotten away with it, too, if it weren't for those meddling Winchesters."

The first thing that came to my mind when I read about the Scooby Doo crossover is "Does this mean Loki is back?"

As much as I like alternate universe Bobby I want to know what has happen to the real Bobby. I just had a thought. What if the real Bobby ends up possessing the alternate universe version of himself and that is how they bring him back onto the show?
Also was their some contract issue or personal problem with the actress who played Rowenda? Killing her offscreen seems like a weird way to end that character.

Jason

Maybe it was a simple case of schedule conflict, and they didn't have time for a rewrite.

Keep in mind, though... Lucifer killed her once before already. Maybe she had another escape hatch.
