/\A 50 year old kindle reader here.
Conversely I think I would find it difficult to go back to paper books now.
I need my book to be a book, not a pixel.
To be fair, most e-books are multiple pixels
One pixel is a little hard to read
^ Mage is from the Netherlands, so US Marketplace is of little use.
Oh, I didn't realize that. By now I should know better than to assume someone is from the US.Like Defcon said, I'm from the Netherlands. So finding a used hardcopy is pretty difficult here. Sure, I could look international, but with shipping and everything....
As for e-book.... Not a fan. I need my book to be a book, not a pixel. Call me oldfashioned.Perhaps one day my 35 year old ass will get with the program and join you youngsters in the 21st century.

Mage you can also buy the book at the amazon.de site, there the book cost about 7 euro
Post to the Netherlands from the UK isn't that much, especially for a light item like a paperback, might be worth you dropping these guys a line:

Really? The english version?
Not sure were USS Firefly sees the 7 Euro one, but there a few used at Amazon.de, but the reasonable priced ones are also shipped from the US. The cheapest including shipping would be the ones from Bear Books Germany totaling at about 9 Euros it seems.

The second hand book cost 3,19 Euro, and the shipping cost are about 3 Euro.
To Germany, if you look at delivery cost (Versandtarife) to other countries the shipping costs are higher. Your 3,19 example has shipping costs of 15,50 Euro for everything outside Germany. As I said the Bear Books ones "only" add 5,60 Euro so end up around 9 Euro.
I noticed that as well. I'll look into that!!
Well than maybe because I live close to Germany, but I pay exact 3 Euro shipping cost for a book that cost 3,19 Euro

I buy almost all my books by amazon.de, Its even cheaper than buying books by bol.com.
Than I bow to your personal experience , I was going by what was said on the site.
Mage probably just should put it in the cart and see what shipping costs come up.![]()
I checked shipping, I think it said it was more. Firefly, where do you live?
