What I Learned From TrekLit...

Hey Missy

Captain
Captain
There was a thread exactly like this a few years ago.
What I learned from TrekLit:
- That there's time within Kirk's 5-year-mission for several hundred adventures
- That during Voyager's search for Chakotay's ship in the Badlands, they had time to study the plasma anomalies, answer a Cardassian distress call, and find the last piece of an artifact.
- That for Andorians, it takes four to tango.

If by "a few years" you mean "seven months", then yes.

We only got up to 33, though. Technically we still have 68 things still to post!

If you're a captain you can go to an extra-dimensional bar and basically violate the temporal prime directive.

Top-level officials on both sides of the Earth-Romulan War knew about the truth of the Romulans' heritage the whole time.

If we're in the very late 24th or early 25th centuries, 9 times out of 10 it's a dark future that's about to be undone.

More stuff happened in 2376 than in 2382-2386 combined.

Christopher Pike wasn't actually sexist, he just really really missed his previous yeoman. After Colt disappeared in 2263 he also hated on his new yeoman, a certain gentleman called Kirk.

There are three kind of time jumps: The ones were three years are shown in one single book, the ones were you skip a few years and show the differences bit by bit and the ones were nothing changed and no one really knows if there actually was a time jump or if the authors just mixed up 2254 and 2263.

That TWOK, TSFS, and TVH don't all take place directly after each other, and there were actually several off-screen adventures between each film. And it wasn't the voyages of the starship Enterprise - rather the starship Excelsior.

That for almost every important event in Federation history, chances are Elias Vaughn was present. Undercover usually, too.

EDIT:
Sometimes Flint is there, using an alias.
