Episode Dragons teeth

Can you cite a source for Voyager's writing staff wanting a mirror universe DS9 crossover?
There's a list out there of planned V'Ger episodes that were never filmed. Most of them are seen incorporated into the Episodes we got. I heard about them on Trek.FM To the journey. They wanted to have a mirror episode start in Voy, and end in Ds9, or vise versa. Perhaps it was something of a follow up to mirror Tuvok in ds9( IMO, mirror Tuvok was horribly misused)?

There are some possible residual elements. For instance, in Living Witness, the Doctor is an Android. In The Emperor's New Cloak, Vic Fontaine is an android.

Tuvok in DS9's mirror verse apparently was a Terran rebel(not species just a part of the rebellion). Which was interesting. He only stood in for a few scenes though.

They call him "Tuvok" in that episode. The reason I didn't care for it was because mirror Tuvok was no different than regular Tuvok. And he just stands there and gives a few unnecessary lines of exposition. Of course, I'm not too fond of the portrayal of Vulcans in DS9 in general.

I started a whole thread on the DS9 forum complaining about the same thing.
