Great trailer but are they making Wynn a superhero too or was Alex talking to Mon-El. Also I hope they kinda address the crossover. I wonder how timing works on the different earths. Is it like an hour on one earth could be a day on the other? Who knows what kind of Wackiness happened in national city when Kara was off fighting aliens.

It's a TV fantasy world. People can be constantly absent from work without consequences.
And even if they milk the drama they get reinstated immediately when that is done.

I believe so. She was called a "stringer," which in journalistic terms means a freelancer who isn't obliged to work exclusively for a single news outlet. Although otherwise it seems she's still being portrayed as a regular employee at CatCo.

Well, it's relevant to the show in that her husband was playing a potential love interest for Kara for 5 minutes who is related to another character that will hopefully return soon.
But since the guy likely won't ever return anyway and the whole thing never went anywhere, we don't have to worry about it too much.
But can we we start to ship Gralissa now? What's the current relationship status of Grant Gustin?
I know Barry is with Iris on The Flash but Melissa and Grant look great together and have great chemistry together in the crossovers.
If the Supergirl has to be with anyone, she should be with a strong guy--not the nerdy, goofy type.
