Axanar management conveniently leaves out when this expert panel will convene, as well as such niggling details as who will choose them, how their independence will be guaranteed and precisely what records they will be allowed to examine. Not to mention how this all will be paid for.

With a goal of building studios and collecting license fees atop IP of various creators and finishing as savior showrunner of the production game, Axanopoly provides years of non-productive pleasure for sleep deprived children of all ages.
Each pass by "GO" earns perks AND salary! One person can elect to be the Banker and Auctioneer as well as play! And the Bank never runs out of money, it can have donors print more money at any time!!
Each player gets a token crowdfunded project plan via which they traverse a path strewn with intellectual properties ready for "fair use" warehouses and studio construction. Set your sights high, on primo locations with large audiences! Don't get stuck building your empire on Major Matt Mason Mall!
Cupcake edition extras!!:
- all properties already have studios, but you can say you don't have to pay rent and you can build your own studio there anyway! At least until they sue you [see extended gameplay chapter].
- the Banker can mix the donor money reserve with their personal budget under the table for as long as no one notices!
- Unimproved properties Coffeeshop and Unlicensed Merchandise Store add opportunities for the Enterprising!
- "Income Tax", "Bankruptcy" and "Jail" are REAL, so be sure to throw your dice carefully!

Maybe because you're a better person then he appears to be? If these items being cleared out represent a certain level of desperation on behalf of Peters then I don't think there's anything funny about it, even if he is to blame for his current predicament.
When the invites for his "Warhammer weekend" began circulating online I mentioned on here that reading them made me warm to him slightly as his enthusiasm and sheer earnestness about his interest in Warhammer I found endearing. It also helped me understand how so many people fell under the spell, it's infectious.
