I still haven't received any solutions to stop men from following women into restrooms against their wishes. A reason why the amount may be higher than some reports is that it is not a crime for a man, in most states, to go into a women's restroom, as long as they say that they identify as a woman. Meaning that if there's no crime, there's nothing to report.
OK, yes, in a lot of States there is no Law against Men going into Women's bathrooms.
However, the Store is not going to allow an obvious man into the Women's Bathroom, so, it would certainly have to be a man in drag. How many men you figure go out in drag hoping to do something to some woman in the Restroom?.
And, if a Man was to get into a women's bathroom in drag, anything he might do to offend or hurt a Woman in there, would be illegal, so, there is no reason incidents would be under-reported due to no illegality. And there are stall doors, so, no need to worry about a man in drag leering at a woman peeing.
So, what logic do you use to come to the conclusion that "
A reason why the amount may be higher than some reports is that it is not a crime for a man, in most states, to go into a women's restroom, as long as they say that they identify as a woman."
Stalking, inappropriate touching, leering at a woman peeing which would be sexual harassment are all illegal and would be reported. I'm not seeing how a man could get enough jollies in the women's bathroom to justify dressing up in drag in order to get in to get those Jollies, nor how a man in there to get his jollies wouldn't be reported for breaking a law?
Oh, also, it's so rare, when The Conservative Groups first went on this Crusade, they had to make up false incidences in order to present cases, they couldn't even find any real cases to boost their argument
