Those reasons have nothing to do with anatomy.

Facts: gender is constructed, just like race.
They're separate reasons.

I don't deny that gender and race are created. But that's just it, that's how a person is, they can't change that. Men and women have equal bathrooms and they should go to the one designated to them. This isn't like segregation where one side got something better than the other.

But you're actually wrong about that, as my previous link indicates. Men generally do get higher-capacity bathroom facilities than women.

1. I have posted reports of cases involving men going into bathrooms and committing crimes.

And you have posted zero reasons to believe your "solution" would fix the problem. Here's the counterargument, again: "Guy broke a bunch of laws. One more law would not have stopped him". You have NO answers to that.

2. So an opposing view to your's is "nonsensical"?
Nope. Just yours. How about you actually defend your argument instead of just whinging about how everyone won't accept your baloney at face value.

3. Somebody brings up a topic and I give my views on it. People challenge my views, I defend them. I'm not forcing anybody to change their views to mine.

You aren't defending jack. You're just repeating the same lame points over and over and when challenged to explain them you commit a fallacy.

4. But were you in the bathroom while she was or vice versa?

Sometimes. She seems to use the toilet the same way anyone else does. I was not overcome with the urge to choke her out, or dress in drag, become gay, or whatever the f*** you think you're trying to protect humanity from.

A white male and black male have the same anatomy and should be in the same bathroom since it would provide the same accommodations. A white female and a white male have different anatomy and should go the restrooms that accommodate them and are designated for them.
Does your home bathroom have different facilities for both sexes or are you forced to make due with a unisex toilet like a common serf?

Also: Jesus Fuck, +Quote or wait.

I never said that we should punish transgender people, I said that the law should be modified to not just let any man or woman claiming to be the opposite sex at that particular moment from going to the opposite sex restroom.
The law should just be changed to require unisex restrooms - no more no less, no men's no women's. That'll simplify things.

1. But by not having a law, you are giving a legal avenue for any man to come in there by having them claim to identify as a woman. Heck with what the women in there think. That's my point, it's been my point. If you can't take into consideration what other people think, that's not my issue.
2. I've defended my views. If you refuse to accept them, that's on you.
3. I don't think I've committed any fallacy. I've given my views and I've defended them. If you don't like my views, you're entitled to your opinion.
4. I never said any of that. You're making false accusations. The issue I refer to is privacy.

Now then, I think I need to clarify my position on this issue since there are some misconceptions about my views:
-I do support LGBT rights.
-However, I do support HB2. The reason for this is because there have been cases of men using transgender laws to gain access to women's restrooms. I consider this to be a perverted act. Now then, if a law was passed that prevented this, I would be in favor of it. I'll admit that I don't have an exact solution.

My bathrooms are unisex. But I don't just go walking in on other people in the bathroom.

That's what I said earlier.
Excellent. But you're probably assuming a capacity of one. I'm assuming a capacity of the combined total of all restrooms currently in any facility. Use the stall doors. Women use men's restrooms all the time because of inadequate capacities, so they obviously will have no problem going past the urinals in use to get to their stall.

If you support the later then you don't totally support the former. Sorry you think that way. It's like saying "Oh, I have gay friends but they shouldn't get married" or "I think Rosa Parks should sit wherever she wants unless she gets all uppity and a white man needs her seat in the front.

It's a stupid law. It's unenforceable. Have you even read it? It requires that you go to the bathroom of the gender on your birth certificate. How the fuck are you to enforce that? Require everyone walk around with their birth certificate as proof or are we just supposed to use the honor system? Who polices it? Mall cops? Do we need to deputize an army of bathroom attendants.

This law is a shitty law written like every shitty voter registration law. It's to stop a problem that isn't a damned problem.

Things that happen a couple of times isn't a problem.

My bathrooms are unisex. But I don't just go walking in on other people in the bathroom.
I didn't ask about politeness. You can manage using the same restroom even with your different anatomies?

No, this would affect multiple people, as a result there should be multiple stalls in there.

1. I never said LGBT people shouldn't get married and Rosa Parks has nothing to with this discussion.
2. It's a flawed law. That I'll admit, but I really can't think of a solution and neither can you, besides getting rid of the law.
3. I consider men walking in on women in the bathroom to be a problem.
4. How many times does it take for it to be a problem? To me, if it happens once, it's an issue.
5. Sure you can, but every woman I know does not want a man in there with them.
