It happened, we sued you, there's no way to undo it. He openly defended and justified his right to a salary before (and after) the lawsuit - backpeddling now can't save anything, can it?

No, I don't think it can, and that's the point I was making in my previous post. Doesn't matter if he's no longer claiming a salary, doesn't matter if he needed the money or not, doesn't matter if he put his own money in. Fact is he still took it, and declared it as a justifiable expense. It's out there in black and white. That's all that matters....well that and whether or not the court will deem it a form of enrichment/proft.
