Looks more like Catwoman to me, if we are talking about the same av.

The black and white one is indeed Diana Rigg as Emma Peel from "The Avengers" fourth season (first one with Rigg) episode "A Touch of Brimstone". The fourth season was the last to be shot in black and white before they changed to colour. In re-runs, the early black and white seasons were often left out in favor of the later coloured ones.

And @John Clark is also right, that is indeed Scully from the X-Files pilot checking for the marks.
