Oh boy!
I'm one of the bigger critics of the two JJ Abrams movies (haven't yet seen 'Beyond', but will do so). But one thing is certain: The production design in those movies is phenomenal!
The starship design of those movies are one of my all-time favourites. I have picked the Franklin just slightly above the Kelvin. But hell, even the JJprise might be my second favourite incarnation of the Enterprise model right after the original tv-series model.

Neither the ships nor the Klingons themselves looked remotely Klingon in STID. We really don't need to start the same discussion all over again ... I know that the Klingons have changed their appearence more than once in the past. But apart from the TOS/TMP change (which has been explained in-universe) this was the most drastic change ever. I would never have recognised them as Klingons if the dialogue hadn't told me that they were Klingons. And the ships ... were they really supposed to be Klingon?

The Klingons had brow ridges, and the ships were reminiscent of a Bird of Prey. So what's the problem here again?

The cut-through on the saucer was the only problem I had with the Vengeance. I loved that ship... the result of if the Federation wanted to build a Star Destroyer of their own. I think she's the Kelvin universe equivalent of the Excelsior personally... same "Bigger, better, new cruiser" concept of the prime universe, but in light of the Kelvin's demise and the havoc caused by the Nerada, that new cruiser took an overly offensive bent.

I'm also a fan of all the kelvin universe background starships. I really wish we could see more of them in action in some way... I'd love to drive one in something like the old Starfleet Command games.

Also, where are other ships of the Constitution class?

Enterprise 09/Into Darkness is my favourite. I remember seeing it for the first time and I had the same in awe face as Kirk and Bones.

The (This) Enterprising firing on the Narada's missiles is still my favourite space battle moment of the 3 films.

I also like the Narada, the design of the ship represent evil enough that Nero did not have to do much as a villain.

I voted these:

I only cast one vote: that was for the swept-back nacelle Enterprise 1701 (Beyond).

That starship is beautiful, and wins over all others (IMO).

Next would be the USS Kelvin.

1)USS Enterprise (NCC-1701)

The only feature i do not like from the ship is how bulky the nacelles become at the point where they connect with the pylons. I would like far better something like this:

2)USS Kelvin (NCC-0514)

3)Narada

I like the Vengeance too (not a top 3 though) but i believe the concepts were far better. My fafourite two being:

I'll tell you the one big thing I miss from the Prime aesthetic...the underside of the saucer. I miss it being curved rather than flat. Mostly it goes by unnoticed, but sometimes that flat expanse catches my eye and...blah.

Never really cared for the narada. Thought it was a bit OTT to be honest, what was with all the tentacles on it? I can see they were going for a different aesthetic but I would have much preferred Nero to have rocked up in a big badass, singularity-powered d'eridex warbird. They could have used it's power to created the black holes instead of the red matter too.

Then Comes STID, and the ships as well as the Klingons themselves are completely messed up. I hope they return to the classic Klingon ship design, should they ever show up again in the future.

The Klingons were awesome (best look ever, in my opinion), and it is obvious the D-4 was a patrol ship not one of their capital designs.
