The only series I've seen he directed is The Strain.
Despite the narrowness with which fans tend to use the term, in industry usage "reboot" can refer to any revival of a dormant franchise, regardless of whether it's a continuation or reinvention. The term only came to be associated with continuity resets because it was popularized among fans by the Battlestar Galactica remake.
That said, I'm hoping it is a full reboot in the continuity-reset sense. Not only do I think that would be more liberating and creatively interesting, but as a writer of Trek tie-in fiction I'd prefer not to have my Prime-universe books contradicted by new canon.
As well as directing the pilot to Heroes, another show Fuller worked on for a brief period of time.
