New, post-Beyond comic series.
New, post-Beyond comic series.
The point I'm making is you that if one writes CHARACTERS instead of TYPES a person of any gender or whatever is a casting option and thus why the wonder bread whiteness and Y chromosome dominance of casting in most is movies appallingly narrow.
My prediction for RT score: 92%
Predict the Rotten Tomatoes & Metacritic score for ST : Beyond
Current score: 92%

I wonder since Beyond is getting so much good press and is doing well review wise if they will fast track Star Trek IV? or do you think they wanna see how much it makes at the box office before even deciding something like that?
I think it's release might even come down to Saldana's schedule. She's going to be pretty busy over the next few years, and it would make little sense to leave her out, unless they recast, I suppose.
Because Star Trek actors are almost all in demand for other movies.I would be very shocked if they didn't start production sometime by mid-2017. cause most of the cast's current films are either in post production. (Karl and Simon are the only ones currently filming movies). and Zoe is attached to the Avatar sequels but we'll see if they actually get made. it seems Cameron is dragging his feet (not that i really care).
I mean if Star Wars can put out sequels every two years why can't star trek?
