I'm trying to keep my Story Count project up to date, but since I don't get Star Trek Magazine, I have a question. I know there is original fiction in the magazine sometimes, and the last story I knew about was 'The Gale, Part One.' Now, several months later, I see that the upcoming issue will have 'Chief, Part One" so I know I missed at least one story.

Anyone know the names of all the short fiction they have published?

Instead of starting a new thread for the exact same purpose I figured I'd bring this one back from the dead. Hope that's alright.

The last original fiction I know was in Star Trek Magazine was "There's No Place Like..." two issues back. Anyone know if any other stories have been in the last two issues?

Yeah, original STO fiction is included in each issue. They've been a pretty consistent feature for years now.

The latest issue, #54 Summer 2015, has "Locks Without Keys" part II by Christine Thompson.

I take it part 1 was the other story I missed. I'll add those to ny records. Thanks!

Popping back again in this thread to double check my info again. I have that the last three short stories in Star Trek Magazine were

    Hope Remains
    After the Storm
    Recruitment Drive

Anyone able to confirm? It would make it easier if I just subscribed, but the magazine really isn't worth it to me. I try to find one each month to check these story titles, but sometimes I get behind and wonder if I've missed one.

    Thanks for the help.

I wonder if there's the possibility that these will ever get collected and published in a single volume, like the Amazing Stories Trek stories were?

Granted, I have no idea what kind of legal wrangling Pocket and Titan would have to do to make this happen, but since it's been done before, you would think it was at least possible.

Even if they didn't do a physical book, an eBook collection would be fantastic!

If Marvel and Sony somehow agreed over this whole Spider-Man MCU thing this isn't that impossible.

Are all of the stories being published in the magazine still set in the STO universe?

Yeah, the stories are all set in the STO universe and a part of the STO section in every magazine.
