Peggy Lipton
I dunno, man. She worked for a Klingon.I thought of her too. She was really good in Mod Squad.
Just how old was Bones supposed to be in TOS anyway? He didn't look like a contemporary of Kirk's to me. I'd put him mid 40's. Kirk looked early 30's. I'd love to have seen McCoy's daughter but not in that episode. It was horrifying. Too bad she didn't show up in one of the movies.
Peggy Lipton would have bee great! She has a perfect, almost timeless beauty.I thought of her too. She was really good in Mod Squad.
Yeah, I always thought he was older, too. Hence why I can see a woman in her 30s as a credible daughter for McCoy.He was in his 40s? Man, he looks older to me. I thought he was in his 50s.
They sure are. But I think you must be a member on this board for a certain time and/or post a certain amount of posts before you get the edit feature.^looked (man i wish posts were editable)
You'd think, right?I've always imagined that Joanna would be an early twenty something actress!
Angela would have been 16 when Way To Eden was filmed. so casting her might be problematic. My choices based on the actresses I'm aware of from that era:
*Angela or Veronica Cartwright
Or if we go older:
*Carolyn Nelson (and I want to say Barbara Anderson next, but Anderson already portrayed the daughter of a character previously).
Kirk's age is known because of "The Deadly Years"In my mind, during TOS, both McCoy and Scotty are in their mid 40s, Kirk and Spock are mid 30's and Uhura and Sulu are late 20's, real-life and JJTrek notwithstanding.
I also see Phyllis Douglas as Joanna.
And it lines up with Kelvin timeline Kirk who was born in 2233.COMPUTER: Working. Subject's physical age based on physiological profile, between sixty and seventy two. Aging rapidly.
KIRK: No, I'm thirty four. I'm thirty four years old.
Guilty as charged
Before Styx converted me to more pure Rock, I was and still am a fan of Cassidy's music and the Monkees too.
