OK -- rolling up my sleeves here. It's late, I'm tired and something I disagreed with ate me, but here goes.

Captain Jonathon Archer: Starfleet, fearful of his ever being out in space again, promotes him to admiral and creates a special department for him to run -- Interstellar Paper Clips and Staples. He still manages to piss off the Vulcans by suggesting that their paper clips are inferior to those made by Earth. This department was later run by another notable captain -- Katherine Janeway, who was involved in a scandal concerning the illegal trading of paper clips for Romulan Ale (once she was no longer allowed coffee for medical reasons) thus continuing the fine tradition of screw-ups started by Admiral Archer.

Sub-Commander T'Pol: Exposure to the effects of the Expanse finally catch up to her and she has what is politely termed a "breakdown". T'Pau manages to censor the embarrassing details so only those present at the time know what really happened. She is sent to a "healing centre" (trans: mental hospital) until she recovers. She never fully recovers, so is sent to the Vulcan embassy on Risa, where her aberrant behaviour is unnoticed. She marries a male masseuse and retires from public view.

Commander "Trip" Tucker:
Alive and well after the mission ended (the holodeck program seen in TATV was a result of a program written while on a sugar high Councillor Troi experienced after eating 12 chocolate sundaes in a row) Starfleet promoted him to Admiral and put him in charge of Fleet Operations. His brilliant strategies helped win the Romulan War. However, his strategic success caused friction between him and Archer, so he transferred to Mars and oversaw the Utopia Planecia ship building program. He never married, but due to his fame and good looks, never lacked for female companionship. It is estimated that he fathered at least 20 children, tying James T. Kirk for the "Horndog of the Galaxy" award.

Lieutenant Malcolm Reed: In an attempt to overcome his fear of water, he died in a tragic accident at a water park in Des Moines when he became stuck on the kiddies' water slide and a group of toddlers splashed him to death.

Ensign Hoshi Sato: Found other, more profitable uses for her talented tongue.

Ensign Travis Mayweather:
Who?
