Contest: ENTER June & July 2016 Challenge: Mashup Month!

Time to dust off your Federation Industries Two-Thousand, because your mission this month, should you choose to accept it, is to make a mashup of series! Combine any two together to form a completely new franchise. A great example is Stone Trek, mashing up the Flintstones with Star Trek. Wouldn't you love seeing the adventures of Captain Kirkstone and Mister Sprock? I know I would!

The only rule is that you will not be allowed to make use of other science-fiction series to come to a new concept. An Airwolf – Trek mix is allowed, but mashing together Battlestar Galactica with Star Trek is not.

Due to a longer voting period last time and with summer at our doorstep, we’ll be running the contest through June and July.

So, you daredevil group of daffy designers, get to work!

As long as effort is put into making it believable, I don't have any problem with that. Quantum Leap is pretty SciFi but it falls in its own category, so to say; no flying space ships there, so I'd say go for it

Is Pokemon considered Sci-fi? Cus I thought about making a better quality version of one of my old paper drawings of a Star Ship run by a 24th Century version of Team Rocket loosly based on Terran Empire.

Or would Starfleet style Battle Mech (think Gundam) be allowed also?
