They've inferred they have additional counsel.
Actually they inferred they had multiple firms wanting to take the case Pro Bono at the start of all this - and out of all those firms expressing interest chose W&S.

I think they're the only representation Axanar has. (Besides if Alec DID have two or more law firms working in concert on this case - don't you think he would have already crowed long and loud about that fact in weeks past?) Given these latest rulings, I'd say any firm thinking about joining the case have withdrawn their offer. The writing is clearly on the wall about how this will end for Mr. Peters and Axanar should C/P be unwilling to settle. Also, you can be 100% certain that any C/P settlement offer will be EXTREMELY unfavorable to Mr. Peters/Axanar - and there's no way 'allowing Axanar to be completed' will be a part of ANY settlement offer by C/P.
Alec Peters can crow about his 10,000 supporters (although I think it's less now because as you all know, yes, I did pledge ($75) to the first 'Axanar Feature Film ' KS campaign - but as things progressed and I learned more and saw exactly what Axanar was doing; I felt bad about supporting such a person/group and FULLY understood and approved of C/P's actions in the end) <-- and I don't think I'm the only Axanar Pledger with that mindset.
Would I have liked to have seen Axanar be completed and view the final result? Sure. Did I think as I pledged it was (or was going to be) "The BEST Star Trek ever produced..."? Hell no, but I WAS interested in seeing what they would have done (much in the same way I've watched various fan film productions over the years); but it's clear the completion of the Axanar project WASN'T what Mr. Peters was focused on. He was focused on continuing to see financial gain for himself and a small inner circle - all the while getting his ego stroked by Star Trek fans who believed 'Axanar: The Feature Film' was still his goal - and not the means to make a living and in a small way enrich himself as the years (and fundraising/donor store) continued.
In the end - no, I no longer (and haven't since the lawsuit was filed) support Alec Peters and/or Axanar. If there was a way to get the $75 that I pledged back, I'd do it; but as with any KS, I knew there was a risk; and even IF all us Pledgers/Donors banded together and did a Class Action suit -- ASSUMING we got a favorable Judgement (not a slam dunk as both KS and Indegogo state the 'risks' up front and Peters added a statement to his campaigns as well); after ALL that - we'd get at best maybe 10 cent on the dollar - or in my $7.50 <-- And that's probably best case. So yeah, not worth it.

TLDR: I'd be surprised if everyone who Pledged/Donated to the Axanar Feature Film campaign is still fully supportive of Mr. Alec Peters (and Axanar) right now. I'm not and haven't been for a long time as I learned more about the man/person Mr. Peters is, and his actions leading up to, and during this lawsuit situation.
