So is the Klingon language owned by CBS and Paramount? Marc Okrand, the creator of the language, speaks out, and says at the very least, it ain't owned by him.

Except I think he said it in Klingon, so it's hard to tell without my copy of the Klingon Dictionary, copyrighted by Paramount ...

Why would we? What vested interest does a non-donor have in our finances? Our fiduciary obligation is to our donors, not the general public.

If a potential donor wanted to see it I would be happy to provide.

Gotta say, Axanar lawyers, you either have tremendous chutzpah, or your client has gone rogue on you. Alec: I went to a big convention and put a few IP infringements out for everyone to see. And, I made $500! Take that, Loeb and Loeb! We're doing great! Right?

The only way they could be convincing fans to give money at this point is if they are flat out lying to those fans by not disclosing critical information. At some point there is going to be true hell to pay for this doubled-down stage of the Axanar misconduct.
