Well, it's not being filmed. But that's not by the court order, currently. At least according to them, they don't even have a script.
Yet in the video is highlighted a comment saying "haters" don't understand that Star Trek tolerates the opinions of others....which, of course, is why Peters bans anyone who doesn't agree with him.....
It's not being filmed but the unwritten script is locked and Alec Peters is learning his lines for Garth despite the fact he won't be playing the role, which is yet uncast, as is the rest of the movie despite a cast appearing in Prelude. You see, they cast and filmed the tool which got them donations but forgot to sign anyone for the movie they either wrote or didn't yet write, depending on who you talked to. No, wait--same people tell you those different things, just at different times. My mistake.
Looking at another of the videos I'm not so sure the account isn't laced with sarcasm...

One of the many glaring omissions in the above article is that there's no mention of Alec Peters using CBS/P's IP for personal profit.

When lawyers resort to using the press as a tool you know they're worried about their case. I've never done that and I never would if I thought I was on strong ground.

Not surprising, given that it's going off of statements from that attorney............(you wouldn't take a case pro bono and then mention something that could be used to hang your client/further tighten the noose).
At this point, someone just needs to tell him to STFU already.
