Well, damn.
While this will mean absolutely nothing regarding the outcome of the litigation, and though this will mean nothing in the least to those who will continue to support this production....... this means a 'lot' to me. To have a place that has no need to fear a just-to-censure lawsuit if it is threatened, the way the little guy like me couldn't, finally and fearlessly face down this rhetoric and loudly say "B.S.", in print. This means a lot to me.When this recording comes available will you let us know please?

Carlos, I think you misunderstood the audio recording. We have no intention of making the audio recording public.
It was created as a way to protect ourselves from any spurious claims that Peters was misquoted. It was not intended for public consumption.

As for the audio recording, I believe Carlos simply misunderstood our intentions. There are no plans to release the audio recording. It was not created for public release, thus it is reporter work product.
