Missy's clearly going to be in the finale, and they had the Davros chair and costume out of the exhibition while filming it as well, so...
It's going to be like the last episode of 'Quantum Leap' where they're all customers at that diner whichever character Jenna is playing is working in.
With the timelords coming back how could they not include Missy?

I did see a suggestion that it was from the film they play at the Doctor Who Experience with Clara added in but that version of the original TARDIS is not the same.
