Spoilers Gotham - Season 2

Error fixed in the post. FOX's site is definitely the culprit. I have no issues catching up with BBT episodes on CBS's.

First look at B.d Wong as Hugo strange

I think we just saw the beginning of a beautiful friendship with that final scene, haha.

Glad they're not dragging the Galavan thing on. He really put Bruce through the emotional wringer in this episode. Good to see Gordon get enough to arrest him. Obviously it's not going to end up being that simple, but it's a step in the right direction.

Typecasting!?!? Say it isn't so!

Well, at least it's for the vocation of character, and not simply ethnicity.

Also interesting that Hug Strange is Asian...most of the ethnicity changing has been from white to black.

And lastly...I didn't follow the comics much..but didn't Christopher Heyerdahl's Electrocutioner look like Hugo Strange? Didn't some of us speculate that last season?

Gordon needs to start thinking with his head a bit more. He's costing a lot of SWAT team guys' lives with his dumb decisions.

I'm really, really disappointed they didn't just kill Barbara there. What else is there to do with that character? That was the perfect place to end it.

Smallville had Kristin Kreuk as Lana Lang and Alessandro Juliani as Emil Hamilton; both are half-Chinese. The Marvel Cinematic Universe has Tadanobu Asano as Hogun (though he's sort of pseudo-Mongolian in the comics) and Chloe Bennet (aka Chloe Wang) as Daisy Johnson, and Elodie Yung will be Elektra in season 2 of Daredevil. X-Men Origins: Wolverine had Korean actor Daniel Henney as Agent Zero, and Days of Future Past had Fan Bingbing as Blink. The Amazing Spider-Man had Kelsey Chow as Sally Avril. The DC Cinematic Universe has Tao Okamoto as Mercy Graves, a character who's been portrayed as Asian in one or two earlier versions but was originally white. (And there's the quarter-Japanese Dean Cain as Superman, but he doesn't identify as Asian.)

And in non-comics remakes, we have Maggie Q as the title character in Nikita, Kristin Kreuk as the Linda Hamilton character in Beauty and the Beast, and Lucy Liu as Dr. Watson in Elementary.

I hope we haven't seen the last of Galavant's sister. Aside from being deliciously evil and fun to watch be that way, the actress is quite beautiful to behold.

Well, I stuck around for one more episode, but I don't know how much more I've got in me. For me, this show has gotten to a point where I don't care what happens next...I'm just not that invested in the characters or situations...but I'm sure it will be sufficiently grotesque. Add that to how buggy FOX's site is acting, at least for me, which makes it more of a chore to get through the episodes there.
I think I have had trouble with Fox's website too.
Do you have access to Hulu? I watch all of my Fox shows I don't watch live there, and I very rarely have trouble.

He looks great. I'm a fan of Wong, so I'm really looking forward to seeing his take on Strange.

You know, last weeks episode was another in a string of less then stellar episodes. However I think the actress who plays Barbara was fantastic in the episode. Conveyed the perfect amount of crazy without overdoing it. I also liked the final fight between the two Enigmas. The effects and acting working well together and then Enigma stumbling upon Penguin, a match made in psycho heaven.

ETA: I actually wish the show was just about young Bruce Wayne at this point. That kid is so perfect as BW, especially in the latest episode. His conversation with Alfred was teaming with emotion and regret.

Bruce and Alfred great this week. Oswald and Ed also very good. Where was Bullock this week, sleeping? Good reveal from Barnes about why he is the way he is. The parade of hit men was rather lame but they served their purpose.
