Why don't you direct you hostility (over some "filmmaker") toward you Abrams fans who made their own, trolling choice to enter a thread titled--

However, the lens flare thing is a very old, very tired criticism of his work. We get it. JJ gets it. Everyone gets it. But having someone who suggests that JJ "FUCK"ed up one franchise and is about to "FUCK UP" another... and leaving that "FUCK"ing up ONLY with discussions of lens flare? Using a screencap of a single lens flare from a two minute trailer to come to the conclusion that Abrams " WILL FUCK UP STAR WARS" doesn't exactly give the OP a lot of credibility. Why should we take it seriously?

Before you carry on with your little temper tantrum to the point of ridiculousness (too late), the sum total of the OP's argument against Abrams is that there was lens flare in his Trek films which he thinks are "fucked up," and there's lens flare in this film he hasn't seen yet, so it too will be fucked up based on that single criteria alone.
If that's the hill you want to die upon with your silly defensiveness, go ahead, but that's an incredibly stupid reason to declare a film he hasn't seen yet to be ruined, and one which I'm entirely sure he said purely to get a negative reaction, which fits the trolling label you're throwing around far more readily than people responding to stupid remarks on the internet.

I shall reserve judgement on the film ill I actually see it, as for some lens flare as others have poined out it can happen. But will the new films be worse than the prequel triology? Not saying the prequel films are all bad jst that they could have been improved with things like a bit shaper dialouge etc..

This is a public discussion forum. We have just as much right to refute the OP's ridiculous assertion as you do to defend it TREK_GOD_1. People don't own a thread just because they start it and there is no requirement for posters to agree with the OP.
