^Too late, I've already started drinking!

First there was the car that pulled into the double in lanes to the grocery store plaza abd then cross back into the lane right at the last second, then stopped in the lane (this is the main entrance to a large store, and it's only about three car lengths; you stop, you block everybody). And when I managed to get passed this bonehead, I then amanged to get stuck behind a car who pulled into a parking row and stopped right there, leaving no room to go around and me waiting like thirty seconds until he moved.
That was me just trying to get into the parking lot and park my car. A thirty second event was turned into a pointless near two minute cockup. There's a difference between loosing time to natural problems, and then loosing tiem to idiots who stop and block lanes leaving you unable to go around them.
Bad drivers, and by "bad" I mean careless, distracted and unaware.

Sounds like an average day in The French Quarter, New Orleans, and surrounding areas.

I see you've visited New Orleans.
What frustrates me? Lazy ass people (be they fat, old, or just eff-ing stupid) who leave the supermarket buggies they've used lying about the parking lot, figuring "the store has people who gather these things up anyway." But what is even more frustrating is that these lazy folk will leave their buggies in an empty parking spot...and if they are even bigger assholes, will leave said buggy right behind your car. They are too lazy to at least take their buggy to the buggy corals often found at a few different points in the parking lot.
Also, people who ignore the repeated notices before a movie begins in the local multiplex to "turn off your cell phones". Good God, if you cannot live without your cell phone for two hours, perhaps you should wait for the movie to come out on blu-ray/dvd so you can see the movie at your convenience, and still text without annoying regular folk who are trying to enjoy the big screen release. Even if they've set their phones to silent, the light from the cell phones are a distraction. The instruction was "turn off your cell phone!" not "turn off your ringer."
I get mildly annoyed when people stop in the middle of the isle at the grocery store. Especially when they're "slow walkers" or ramblers.

COuld be worse, I suspect those who work in retail have to put up with that several dozen times a day, every day.![]()
Certain Pacific Northwest cities have banned plastic shopping bags... Apparently somebody forgot that it rains all the time! It's really frustrating to have your paper bag completely soaked and fall apart and the contents spill on the ground from walking down the street for a few minutes (an umbrella doesn't help when it's windy and raining hard).
