The problem with an indecent exposure charge is that you could be doing something completely innocent like not shitting in your pants, and then a surprise passer-by sees your bottom and over reacts. Who the hell is going to chose to shit their pants just because someone might see their bottom when it seems like you're alone in a park?

What we are reading here sounds like a protest, more than that they caught her unawares or that she is always naked like most home owners are. Maybe Jennifer did not feel like what she was being charged with made any sense so this was a proportionate resonse on her part?

By the way, if it's her own kids it shouldn't count. If it's some asshole in the distance is complaining that she's "sometimes" between the shower and the bathroom not covered in front of her own children, that's asking for too much. Seeing your parents naked is unavoidedly disgusting if you live with them, but not sexual in anyway.
