"Polaris"

I waited patiently for "The Tressaurian Intersection" to be completed, so I am waiting patiently for this project to be completed!:)
 
Hi Guys, any news about the latest ongoings on Phaidros or the beauty of a ship you call Polaris?
I know, you're moving quite below any radar for some time now, as you've obviously not have been trying to raise any money via the usual crowdfunding campaigns so popular these days... :cool:

But are you moving along? Any progress you might share with us? Even Facebook postings have been awfully quiet the last months...

I'm hoping for the best. Here's to you, lads and lassies.

The last I heard, about a month or so ago, was that we were moving forward. I know there is a plan to finish up the post, and my understanding is we can probably expect some updates in the next few months.

I guess it's up to Dennis if he wants to be more specific. :)

And it looks very nice. :techman:

Personally I'd change one thing though; it looks like the camera is targeted at the Polaris-mesh. I'd key-frame the motion/rotation of the camera. That way the model isn't always dead-center in every frame throughout the sequence.
 
Hey Dennis,

Just realized after perusing the fan production forums for the recent hub-bub that I'd lost track of this. How is Polaris progressing as of late?
