I prefer the new Enterprise. It's bigger. Still has the same plot holes when they do interior shots that the old one had, and looks to me a lot cooler and more modern.

It's got a more aggressive look to it which I like.

Plus atmospheric engines in the nacelles I think. What's not to like?

Such plot holes include the round walkways that descend forever with a straight path down the middle. Also Engineering looks way bigger then what could possibly fit inside that secondary hull but I forgive it as it's Trek hehe.

I choose the original. Mostly because I can't stand the warp nacelles on the new version. If they had toned those down to look sleeker rather than the fat, bulging insect eyes it has at the front, it could have been great.

Also, humans may have hand rails, but they also have exploding consoles, so it all evens out.

The ship was trashed at the end of STID and it looks like they have done some work on the ship. When we see her in the next movie there may be more work done for the 5 year mission.
