Mystery Space Station in Wallpaper?

Admiral Archer

Captain

In a wallpaper I found from the old days of startrek.com, there is a strange space station that I do not recognize, that Voyager is docked at. Is this an alien outpost in the Delta Quadrant, possibly an ally that the crew meets on their trip home, or is it a Starfleet Station from before the ship disappeared? If anyone has the answer, please let me know!

Excellent wallpaper!

Unfortunately, I can't remember this strange space station from any episode, note that I never watched season 7.

Its the Marconian outpost in season 6, episode 2's "Survival Instinct".

You get to see the whole thing from 3 sides during the initial Captain's log sequence after the credits.

Its the ep where this famous scene with Janeway and the plant occurred.

Ah, thank you so much! I haven't seen much of Voyager, but it seemed odd that the creators of the wallpaper might have just created a random space station for the wallpaper, one that had never been seen before in any episode. Glad to see that it actually was in an episode!

Interesting thing is that they had to design that shot in such a way so you would not see any part of the station from Janeway's Ready Room- much cheaper that way.
