I'm not certain but I think they may be from one of the many Comic Book 2-packs of figures released by Hasbro during the 2007-2010 timeframe. Oddball lightsaber colors sometimes mean that the figure they belong to is based on a comic book depiction of the character, one that isn't as rigidly beholden to Lucasfilm's official colors for costumes, lightsabers and other equipment.

You can always check one of the major collecting websites like Jedi Temple Archives, Yakface or Galactichunter and look at their photo archives. There are weapon identification charts on some of those sites.

My Funko Vinyl Scratch collectable and Sunset Shimmer Fashion figure arrived, and SS is a good bit bigger than I expected, she's about 3 times the size of a standard version.

A photo just leaked of a new 3.75" Black Series multipack.

And this time, this one doesn't bore or suck.

But man, is it going to be one expensive purchase when it finally hits Toys "R" Us. We're talking $150-$220 if the rumors are true.

There's a toy company in Japan called Kotobukiya that makes REALLY nice statues 6 inch statues. Not just of Star Wars but many other properties as well. I will no doubt be getting a few of them.

Thanks, Possum. I'll keep my eyes open.

My local stores can be dry for ages and then all of a sudden they'll stock multiple cases of new figures all at once. My area's pretty much caught up on 3.75" Black Series, Rebels and Mission Series figures at the moment and there aren't any new figures in that scale until the new Chewbacca/Captain Rex wave of Black Series (which also includes Clone Commanders Wolffe and Doom and the Dagobah Test Vader based on the Dark Side apparition that Luke encounters in the cave) starts hitting, and as of right now nobody's gotten those figures except for loose eBay copies.

My Muppet's pigs in space playset came in yesterday. It's the coolest toy playset I've ever seen. All the switches move up and down and the little screens can pivot. The side doors even open Star Trek style. It's also perfect for my DST Star Trek figures to sit in. Of course the Galaxy's greatest Plumber had to have first dibs in the captain's chair.

See, this is why I and other Star Wars collectors don't buy any of the crap that Hasbro says about there being no market for new action figure playsets and environments. This clearly shows that there is one and that Hasbro could indeed be making a few of them if they wanted, but they just don't want to and insist on cutting corners left and right, actions that have reduced the quality of the license and driven away more than a few loyal collectors.

More kids might want Star Wars figures if they had playsets for them and other display and play options that didn't necessarily involve an overpriced electronic ship or vehicle. That Muppet playset shows what a toy company can do and the kind of fun playsets they can sell if they just bother to remember there's a market out there that will gladly buy them!

That's a fantastic little playset! It looks so much like the original set from The Muppet Show! :)

Agreed. I used to be an avid Star Wars figure collector myself. I gave up on it back around 2006 because I was tired of collecting the same characters over and over again and buying the updated vehicles every few years got tiresome. The only Star Wars playsets that I have is the Power of the Force carbon freezing chamber. And the 90's Cell Block escape, Hoth shield generator and Endor Bunker. While they are nice, they could do so much more. Action Figures today are a booming business. And that Muppet's playset is all the way from 2003!

My guess is that Hasbro will make at least one 3.75" playset for the launch of The Force Awakens like they did with Episodes I (Theed Hangar), II (Geonosis Arena) and III (Mustafar), but getting them to make anything beyond that might be pretty difficult and they'll be so heavily focused on Episode VII toys for a while that a playset based on the Original Trilogy will be pretty low on their list of new things to design and market if it's even on their list at all.

There's always the Star Wars Prequel Trilogy ultimate creation playset. ;)

Joking aside, yes it is pretty unfortunate, but the upside is finding alternatives. When I make my little figure comics, I just gather up little scraps of things here and there and put my imagination to good use.

Picked up the Target exclusive Iron Man vs Ultron 3 pack tonight for $14.99, then went next door to TRU and found Sandman and Gracie Law.

It's now believed that the 3.75" Jabba in this new set isn't a straight repack of an older figure and may not even be a repaint of an existing Jabba the Hutt from a previous figure line. Comparison images of this one and the previous Jabba (a 2010 Walmart exclusive with his dais, Salacious Crumb and Oola) seem to indicate that Hasbro may have sculpted a brand-new figure for this multipack since the head appears to more closely resemble the recent 6" Black Series figure.

It's possible the head is new while the body is a repaint of the previous release, but until more photos hit the Internet and collectors get a close-up look at this set it'll remain a mystery. I wouldn't mind a kitbashed mix of old and new parts but an all-new Jabba the Hutt would be even cooler and more exciting since it's been almost five years since the last one in this scale.
