Very interesting. Rare to see a secondary hull that's more massive than the primary hull!

love how heavy and beefy that looks, and highly innovative as usual with the triple sec hull, maybe the first trek trimaran

but i have to say the sketch (second pic) looks like a different ship, it would be a loss if you didnt make the one from the pencil sketch into a ship as well, the dodged integrated ball-hull is something entirely unseen, also the flat connection to the double-hull - its reminiscent of the oberth class, just great, maybe make two different classes

total innovation as usual, great work :techman:

I'm liking it :techman:
Thanks Bro.

Well it's technically a secondary, and tertiary hulls :)
But aye...lol Thanks!

Sweet design :)
Thanks mate!

Thanks bro. And yeah I'm not letting the original idea slide by the wayside...Here's to you mate.

Trimaran, neat! :techman:
Thanks!

 omg *faints* ^^, wow, beyond awesome, it looks brilliant, majestic indeed, and so harmonic, thanks so much for making it and for the name mate, thats really an honor

the panoptes class could be the predecessor, it looks more 23rd century where the argus class is more 24th

again a revolutionary take on a federation ships, a new standard, i could totally see this one taking main stage aside the traditional saucered ships, it has such a strong presence, could also be a carrier with the big middle hull being one big shuttle ramp, i really hope to see this in the show or a game some day

as always, great inspired work!! :techman:

Very different and very cool! I like seeing the occasional sphere instead of a saucer.

The nacelles really remind me of the nacelles used by the Endeavor during her first refit. I can't remember or find what these nacelles are called.

This makes me think that the Panoptes is TMP era.

I need to find out what markers you use. The ones I've used just bleed too much.

I think the name Argus has been already taken by at least 2 other fan designs.

that looks so majestic and could be a alternate design for the Pasteur :)
Thanks mate! Glad you like the shape of the design

The Argus class is perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks mate! Glad you like her.

Thanks mate...It is no sweat off my back to turn up a design, especially one that I was going to explore further. Glad you didn't mine me naming the ship after you.

Hey thanks Forbin! I love your stuff bro!

A great design. I like to see larger secondary hulls.
Thanks bro :)

Dunno, I designed the Panoptes' nacelles by tapping into the Ent B and Ent C (and the overall colour scheme for that matter...lol).
Her "Era" would be very late TMP to early Ent C.
And as For the Argos, this is my first Drawn Argos-Class...I never worry about other ships designed by other artists. They are free to name their ships whatever they want, as it has no bearing on mine. :)

As always, beautiful work.

You've been on a "symmetrical" kick lately. What's up with that?
LOL Thanks...lol Most of my ships are symmetrical. ;)

I remember a lot of asymmetrical ones too.

Maybe you were inspired at the time by that Borg ship from Descent or the Breen ships? :)

There are a good amount, but it is an extremely small percent of my designs. And no, I was not inspired from those ships, as I have been desiging asymmetrical concepts a lot longer than both. I actually am inspired by real world technology and biological life.
