Holy crap, just watched it. Some thoughts:
The thing at the beginning about the bowling alley being for sale? No doubt in my mind it's a reference to Tom Cavanagh's old show, Ed.
Maybe Zoom's vibro-fist will somehow give Cisco his Vibe powers.
i forget...did Time Travelling Flash ran PAST First Flash? If so, could he have run so fast he got there first? And then take off running before the 2ns Flash got there? i'll have to rewind the scenes & see...
No, because they both witnessed the guy spinning the sign and the woman yelling at the taxi. As is generally the case in time-travel stories of this type, Barry has taken the place of his earlier self.
I liked Cisco's comment at the beginning, "I've been waiting for this since week 1."
Barry will likely break things off with Linda, but something will probably stop him form pursuing Iris right away so the writers can draw out some angst. Possibly Eddie gets hurt instead of Captain, and so Iris will be all "Oh! Eddie!" This would be evidence to Barry and to the audience that changing time will result in some good things and some bad things, hence it not being used as the regular obvious solution.
It seems that Barry can run fast enough to time travel now, and Wells can't. Barry should be faster than the current Wells, so that would put him on top of any current day fight.
I haven't watched any of the new superhero series that have come out the past few years. No Arrow, Gotham, Agents of Shield or Constantine. But I think i'll have to binge watch this especially since I liked the 90s series.
Now that it has been confirmed that Wells is Eobard Thawne, I can see one of two things happening at some point...
1. Eddie becomes pivotal in stopping Eobard, as he is the one person Eobard can't risk killing.
2. Someone comes to the conclusion that the only way to stop Eobard is to kill Eddie, and therefore destroy Eobard's lineage.
