I'm re-watching DS9 right now, and it is a little annoying that I have to go back thru the menu to play each individual episode. Sometimes that's all I have time for, but sometimes I do have time to marathon watch a whole disc at once. It's not a big deal, but it's nice to have the option. It's a little strange that no one thought to include that as an option, but the DVDs are pretty old.
Yeah. Back in the day when DVD on TV was new, you had to load up each episode individually. Kids don't know how good they have it with this Play All magic.

That 15 mile walk could be the reason we old folks have Arthritis and when the fingers don't work so well,
and the knuckles don't bend, the play all makes it a bit more pleasant for the lazy Saturday sit down with the old shows.

I do love a good Play All option, however I find Netflix slightly more perfect by just going from episode to episode, right the way through the season.

I usually go to sleep with the TV on. Set a timer and drift off. Without the play all feature, I won't do it with TOS because I usually make it through the first hour.
My love for STAR TREK: The Next Generation ... is without limit. Having said that, when you buy an entire season of any series, regardless of what it is, you get The Good, The Bad & The Ugly. I could never use PLAY ALL, even if I had the time to watch alot of it. I'm choosey. I like to cherry pick the ones I like most. I don't care for the FAN FAVOURITE collections, not at all. CBS should have a service that compiles all of your personal favourites - and yours alone - with attractive packaging and at an attractive price. I keep hoping and praying for the day!
