There are a few smileys I've felt would be quite useful here. Who is in charge of deciding which ones the forum has? It seems a shame that a Star Trek forum doesn't have a tribble (even my Doctor Who forum has a tribble, in addition to a few dozen Whovian-themed smileys).

You don't actually get a message if one of your PMs doesn't go through because you're blocked.
