Ranking the companions

This has probably been done before on here, but I came across an old article online which ranked the Doctor's companions and the responses proved that people's opinions on the companions vary as much as they do about the individual Doctors. Here's my list from the choices they had (and I'm including River Song and the Brigadier which they didn't. While not "true companions", they are far too important to leave out). Least to fav -

If you're going for full names, I can't help but be pedantic and write Perpugilliam.

Like I said, people's opinions vary wildly on this. VCDNI, your list is practically the opposite of mine (you don't care much for new Who, do ya?) Gotta ask though, why Barbara?

Don't think I could rate them all in order. Too many, and my view on them changes each time I think about it.

But I know for sure that Rose would be near the bottom, with Donna vying for the top spot with people like Ian, Barbara, Tegan, Ace, Jo and Sarah.
