In Ds9 it was really a process of elimination of not "who was the worst" but "who was the least excellent".

But the rest of us doesn't get to doctor around on her.
With the right script, the ENT cast could play interesting characters. This was demonstrated in the two-parter "In a Mirror, Darkly" when the cast played the mirror universe counterparts of their characters.

The only fatal flaw in this thinking, is that if you have to construct evil alternate universe versions of your main characters just to make them interesting, then it means your main characters aren't very interesting.

Funny, I think the EMH, IE Picardo is the best thing that has happened to Voyager.
