Interesting. Speculation is it is what was what was salvaged from TITAN.

It's a minigame salvaged from Titan and expanded into a full game of its own.

Gameplay looks okay, like a TF2/Dota-like. I'm sure it'll have the money hats and stuff.

Not a fan of the character designs. Holy stereotypes. Also, boob armor. Is it 2006?
 
Blizzard's never been one to innovate. They take an idea that already exists, tweak it a bit, and polish it to perfection. If they want to do that with Team Fortress 2 -- the best multiplayer FPS ever -- then I'll be there day one. Or, maybe before day one if I'm lucky because I'm signed up for the beta.

The aesthetics are gorgeous. I am so fucking sick of brown and gray military shooters, so a bright, colourful shooter is right up my alley.

I've only watched the gameplay trailer so far, but the different classes (heroes?) seem to offer some pretty cool gameplay mechanics. I'll have to read more about game/watch some matches on YouTube though.
 
It looks very, very compelling and focus group tested to hell and back. Which isn't even a bad thing, as everyone knows, Blizz is about polish and refinement, not innovation.

Blizzard is the Apple of video games.
 
TF2 with characters that don't move like they're running in mashed potatoes, plus over-the-top superpowers?

Yes please.
 
I like the colourful comic-book-ish style. And you can be a robot who turns into a gun turret, so that's already my favourite character. even if he ends up sucking. ROBO TURRET.

Some of the female characters are a bit overly sexed-up (symmetra is all look guys, hips! and her shoes aren't the most practical). I'm not too bothered about sterotyped styles in general tho. They're meant to be just eye-catching and appealing. Big Armour Guy. Armoured Warrior Woman. Dwarven engineer. Clint Eastwood. ROBO TURRET.

However I've never played much multiplayer anything, so I'd probably be shit at this.
 
This game looks awesome.
I see a cowboy in the cinematic (standing next to Winston the guerilla at 0:46). I wonder if he'll show up in the game.
 
Zarya looks incredible. She was created as a direct response to calls for more diverse female characters and I'd say they succeeded wonderfully.

Also, cowboy cyborgs are always cool. Always.
 
In my opinion, Blizzard have been making diverse female characters for years with their mmorpg, World of Warcraft. Female dwarves, orcs, tauren, and pandaren appear alongside female elves and draenei. I applaud their continuous work on diversity.

Anyway, I hope to see more characters to be added.
 
I'm not a big MMO or FPS guy, but I love the style of this game. So bright and colourful and, I dunno, cheery.
 
The beta is today guys. Blizzard has already sent out some invites for the first wave so check your emails.
 
I am looking forward to the official launch. I haven't bothered with trying to get in on the beta.
 
Battleborn Closed Technical Test starts this weekend, but I don't think I'll be able to find the time.
