Wow, to any fan this news would had to Shake Your Foundations. My first thought was Hells Bells! He tried to get Guns for Hire and Send for the Man who had a Big Gun. It looked like he had a Meanstreak and wanted to get into some Ruff Stuff but was caught just in the Nick of Time, before he could Send for the Man and tell him to "Fire Your Guns."

For a while it looked like he was Deep in the Hole but the police were Breaking the Rules and their case was Shot Down in Flames. So he says to them You Ain't got a Hold on Me and now his Rock'N Roll Dream can continue.

I reckon Rudd was fired before any of this happened. He was already missing from publicity shots taken a month before any of this occurred, and replaced by someone else for the music video.

I will bet that he won't be on this tour still.

I think he's just been benched while they wait to see how it all plays out. I'd still be surprised if he's reinstated though.

I would imagine his bail conditions will be loosened now that the murder charge is gone but they may still prevent him from touring the world.
