TV's Greatest Bromances

To echo others above:

Denny Crane and Alan Shore (Boston Legal.)
Gregory House and James Wilson (House, M.D.)
Joey Tribbiani and Chandler Bing (Friends.)
Miles O'Brien and Julian Bashir (ST: Deep Space Nine.)
A more subtle "Bromance" that was mostly filled with intense glares and gruff voices:

Jack Bauer and Tony Almeda (24.)

Jack and Larry, Three's Company

Jack and Mr. Roper, Three's Company (though Mr. Roper would emphatically try to deny it, actions speak louder than words ;))

AHEM

HOW HAS NO ONE YET MENTIONED

THESE TWO MELONFARMERS

I think the only one I'd add to the great suggestions above (Joey and Chandler and O'Brien and Bashir being my favorites) would be Merlin and Arthur in Merlin.

Also one I'm surprised not to have seen mentioned:

Jack O'Neall and Teal'c.

I suppose you could also include Daniel Jackson in that, but their friendship felt more like a loving rivalry than a bromance.

Troy and Abed from Community.

Hawkeye and Trapper from M*A*S*H.

Cooper and Truman from Twin Peaks.

Spike and Angel definitely started edging into bromance territory in Season 5 of Angel.

Dated, I know, but only one mention of Oscar and Felix!! Sheesh. Also, one wouldn't think so, but there were some deep feelings here....Don West and Dr. Smith.

I'm sticking with JEFFSTER!, Jeff and Lester, from Chuck.

These two Buy More-ons can't function separately. They are literally two halves of one whole idiot.

Josh, Sam, and Toby (The West Wing)

Whoa, what are you playing at. A bromance is between two people, not three. This is a slippery slope, we need to stick to the traditional definition of bromance; the Bible talked about Kane and Able, not about Kane, Able, and Jebediah.

Cliff Claven and Norm Peterson (Cheers)
Frasier and Niles Crane (literally Bros - Frasier)
John Shepard and Rodney McKay (Stargate Atlantis)
Alexander Scott and Kelly Robinson (I, Spy)

Technically a 'Bromance' isn't just a close friendship between two guys, it's two heterosexual men who have a close friendship that resembles a romantic relationship in all ways not relating to sex.

Like how in the Sopranos, when Pussy is first suggested to be a rat, Tony says "Like him? I LOVE him."

QFT.

In regards to this very specific definition-I must reiterate the following "couples"......

House and Wilson
Sherlock and John
Kirk and Spock
Bashir and O'Brien
Vorenus and Pullo

They truly fit the mold.
