What 3 pieces of Trek technology do you wish were real?

Call me Captain Obvious, but...

The Enterprise.

Also:

And Spacedock. Boy, would I love to check that place out.

Replicators. I hate grocery places
Transporters. I hate traveling to places
Holodecks. Get better places

However, if I got sick tomorrow, all those answers would change into medical tech answers. Kind of stupid to be wishing for a holodeck if I end up needing Picard's mechanical heart or Geordi's visor, or that funky thing they gave Worf when his spine was wrecked, etc...

Clean cheap energy from matter/antimatter reaction, that alone would change the world for the better in so many ways. Replicators and the advanced medical tech would be great also.

I have some ideas reasonably speaking...

1. Computer Core: Huge computer systems exist already, but imagine one with the data-storage and information the Federation/SF database has: It would have everything in ST and possibly anything modern day too. I'm not sure I'd like the OS for various reasons, but needless to say it would provide a lot of knowledge that could be used. Essentially the knowledge contained in the core could be used to produce everything else, LOL.

2. Replicator/Transporter: I'm not really interested in using the transporter... I guess I'm like ol' Dr. McCoy on this (especially with the possibility of killing yourself and making a duplicate), but it could be used to produce body tissues of sorts, technically we can do that modern day (cutting edge), but this could potentially be better.

It's also kind of cool the idea of being able to make meat that doesn't require anything to be killed: I do know how to hunt, and I've done it as a kid and teenager: I don't think it's immoral to kill if you need to eat, but if there's an option that doesn't require killing at all -- that sounds a hell of a lot better.

3. FTL Drive: There are various FTL systems proposed in Star Trek. Personally I'm a fan of something like Warp-Drive, but I wouldn't object to something like a Coaxial drive either within reason so long as I'm not within that billion clicks of space.

Warp drive - Need a way to explore

Neutronium - you need a ship strong enough to stand up to strange new environments

Universal translator - so language study becomes an art form. Plus you can communicate this way.

1. Lore
2. Colored food cubes
3. Chinese finger trap

Why? Because all the good ones were taken. And I hate everyone.

Hey, I only took one of Harry Mudd's Alice androids, there should still be 499 others. But I will not trade Andrea for food cubes or finger traps.

That's okay - if I remember the episode correctly, all we have to do is spin her right round like a record (baby), and I can have one, too. :D

Argo shuttle with it's replicators and med tech. And I'd replace the silly dune buggy with a Halo Warthog. The Argo's basically a larger runabout with a garage.
