Betazoid is a really good choice. Being able to read other people's minds, sense their emotions - it would probably be difficult at times, but the ones we saw on tv seemed pretty happy. Also, Betazed culture seems very open and serene, a nice change from the ugliness and chaos of the real world.

As many life forms as there are in their universe, to study or live as, and experience their histories, I think I could manage that long. Hell, I might even try to make my own life bearing world, and eventually try to get an intelligent life form on it, and watch it evolve
