Very small (19.5 KB) simple gif-animator from:
    http://www.whitsoftdev.com/unfreez/
    called UnFREEz 'cause it's freeware!

    Very easy to work with!
    Edit:
Did every animated av I've ever had (including the bouncing globe) with it.

    Plus:
    I can't believe that IrfanView:
    http://www.irfanview.com/
isn't on the list! -It's just the most useful viewer with an amazing array of editing tools put into a simple package -and it's freeware!!!

Well on my forum at web page we have sections to help members start up there own websites, mainly star trek but it is not written in stone, plus of course we have members who make forum templates, though mainly for phpbb2. Now most of our members have there own sites as well, but still stay around for the support. Plus of course i have downloads for startrek sites on my main website, Tools where images and tools can be downloaded and used free of charge as long as credit is given. Just the thing for anyone starting out. We all needed help when first starting out, myself included
