I read all about RMB's little meltdown on the Facebook group. As far as I'm concerned, he's no longer one of the 'good ones who got suckered into this mess' and deserves the same fate as LFIM (he made Terry look downright chivalrous)
Looks like someone has finally decided to take matters into their own hands (better late than never?)

Just to be clear, I'm sick of the mudslinging. Garbage like this is an entirely meaningless, wasteful distraction from the matter at hand (although, should this go to trial, I'm sure social media posts from LFIM and this passive aggressive man-child would make for some interesting entertainment).

Did the defendant post on social media, maybe Twitter/FB, that Propworx is paying rent to the production?
No, one of the court docs mentioned something to the contrary
"Further, Mr. Peters' company, Propworx, is housed in the studio facility that was rented and built out using funds from Star Trek fans. Propworx has not paid any rent to Axanar Productions for its use of this facility."

I am working with very simple overall numbers because this is what it is going to take to get through to the donors how seriously it doesn't add up.
I guess my feeling towards Axanar Productions is not to ignore money they claimed was put in by saying "they probably didn't". This lets them off the hook.
They said they put that money in. Take them at their word. It increases the pressure. let THEM try to wiggle out of it by saying they lied. Don't let them off the hook for their statements. Don't cross off the 400k or the 150k.
The 1.5 million I saw somewhere in citations of C/P statements in the court docs. I think it said "they raised over 1.5 million". I don't have time at the moment to go find it but someone else may be able to provide the exact citation.

People have been arrested for less on social media. This is a new low for RMB...
EDIT: just took a gander through his tweets, it seems the doxxing tweet, and the follow-up threat tweet have both been deleted. Either he caved, or he got a talking to.
It is interesting how Alec and Co. are STILL able to deflect attention from the issues at hand by manufacturing drama.

That's fine by me... this personal nonsense is boring and a waste of time. It's no surprise that the few remaining fervent supporters of Alec and Co. have moral deficiencies, especially when they incite attacks, harassment, and even hint at violence. I just think there is a limited amount of time that should be devoted to discussing their shenanigans.
Yes, they may feel backed into a corner and their behavior now is probably just noise to be avoided.
An interesting possibility about the money: C/P are saying they want it all back. Axanar has a dilemma: if they tell fans where the money is, and thus gain fans' support, they make the money accessible to C/P. If they say they spent it all, and declare bankruptcy, they may end the discussion with C/P, but they open a firestorm with the donors. If they try to have it both ways, hiding the money in shell corporations, everyone is pissed.
In any case it is all coming back around to "follow the money".
Personally, I'm not sure that there's any left. I'm thinking that LFIM spent the majority of it (either deliberately, or it disappeared due to his own incompetence/short-sightedness). If there is any left, then it ought to be fairly easy to recover because as we've seen, neither LFIM nor RMB are smart enough to concoct any scheme to hide it, let alone carry one out and keep it under wraps for a prolonged period.
