CBS/Paramount sues to stop Axanar

Could an outside person like Karzak or Calos send Loeb & Loeb stuff that they could use in the case, or would people in the firm or hired by them be the only ones who could use stuff they found totally on their own?
It's probably not appropriate for me to proactively send the plaintiffs' lawyers information but I do know that Loeb is aware of AxaMonitor and they've visited the site.

Strip away LFIM and reduce Axanar to the excellent CGI set-pieces by Tobias (the only way, I personally would ever want to see it) and it's actually not that bad........

(someone made a CGI music vid out of scenes from Prelude)

I think there might be a lawsuit from Simon & Garfunkle here, hard to tell ;-)

Of course, making the soundtrack "The Sound of Silence" is sending all sorts of subtle messages. :D

They certainly have it wrong. SOS is about people living in their private worlds, refusing to listen to a visionary. Who is refusing to listen? Those who lack interest in feature length war porn as the profound vision of ownership-entitled true fans? Or those living in their walled garden refusing to listen to allegations of theft?

I just hear silence, are they using S&G? If they are, they certainly have it wrong. SOS is about people living in their private worlds, refusing to listen. Who is refusing to listen? Those who lack interest in feature length war porn as the penultimate vision of ownership-entitled true fans? Or those living in their walled garden refusing to listen to allegations of theft?
It's a cover of Simon & Garfunkel.
The message is to LFIM himself, not the subjects of the film.

I'd gladly hold my IMDb up to Peters for comparison any day and I'd stand by my work every time compared to his two short films and the half dozen times he's played Garth in the fan films.

EDIT: Here's my IMDb page, complete with every single thing I've done in my ten years in Hollywood (and some stuff prior).

Now, here's Alec's IMDb page, complete with every single thing he's done, including all the times he broke copyright law making fan films.

Tell me, in your general estimation, which of us is the professional failure in the film and television industry?

And Alec, we know you're reading this, so I'll just close with one more remark.

Mine's bigger.

Your IMDb page shows the foundation and building you need to do to be a professional in a tough business. On every single show for which you were a story assistant, writer's assistant, script coordinator, etc., I bet gold-pressed latinum you learned stuff, met new people, and helped (or hindered, but guessing not) the production. You showed good habits of attendance, dependability and flexibility, You have a solid base of people who will speak well of you. You earned the right to move on from project to project because of your habits and contacts, as well as your capability.

Yours is bigger and better, it's true. And it's not some quickie half-assed career either. It has staying power.

Well, he sure did his damnedest to dox me, with all three of his puppet accounts there, using my name.

My REAL name, which again, Peters only just learned this past weekend. I guess he felt the need to try to get a rise out of me. And while I did comment on the article over there, it's a shame the insecure prick completely harassed the wrong person, assuming they were me.

Like a poor marksman, Peters keeps. missing. the. target...

More importantly, he knows better. He's known I value my privacy for years and it has, likewise, eaten him up for years that he didn't know my real name so he could bully me outside of online forums. Now that he has it, he's shouting it from the hilltops. My favorite part is where he repeatedly accuses me of being a "failed" writer in Hollywood, yet my decade in Hollywood seems to show a nearly consistent resume of work and steady progression and advancement. No, I'm not a working writer (yet), but it's also one of the hardest industries to break in to. I'd gladly hold my IMDb up to Peters for comparison any day and I'd stand by my work every time compared to his two short films and the half dozen times he's played Garth in the fan films.

Really quite sad, actually. I've reported him to both Disqus and The Hollywood Reporter, so hopefully something can be done about his ability to post there since he clearly has no respect for boundaries or personal privacy.

As I said before ... Peters is a scumbag and a psychopath. Anyone needing proof only needs to read the comments of that article.

Got me beat too but I don't mine knowing people greater than myself.

There's nothing great about me.

That being said, I felt, at the time, as I do now, it was important to highlight exactly how much more legitimate, definitive experience in "the business" I have over Alec, who never fails to bloviate on and on about how much professional experience he has, when in reality he has none.

I always wanted to do this but now as I'm winding down a 42 year long career in the next year or two, I've already been a successful industrial engineer, I've already built businesses and for now I just enjoy being involved with a fan film production.

Meh. Slow motion with no sense of energy. I've never understood why people think stuff like this is anything but pretty rendering. The only emotion it inspired for me is boredom.

I don't mind the slow mo, what I mind is that there are huge ships with sophisticated weapons, pretty much on top of each other......and they miss. It's like "fire the goddamn disrupters already!" Having these big ships that close is a bit ridiculous looking. Beyond that, I'm okay with it.
