If someone would just step up and hack into Homeland Security* and run some facial recognition programs on the various pictures, we wouldn't have to spend our time speculating. *Movies and TV have taught me, accurately I assume, that all government computers across the globe are instantly hackable with a laptop and three minutes of frenzied typing by any average IT guy.
