Batman: Arkham Asylum
Tales of Vesperia
Borderlands
Dragon Age: Origins gets an honorable mention, but I liked all three of the games above more.
From what I gather, Assassin's Creed II and both Uncharted games would be on my list too, but I couldn't find the freetime to actually, you know, play through them despite them all sitting on my shelf.
