Based on the rules they lay out there, what would be your dream Starfleet crew lineup?

Personally, I'd go with:

You gotta have someone very charismatic, and the bitchy ones, the trouble makers and the sensible ones. People from your everyday grocery stores and all walks of life, someone that we can relate to? I think the characters and scripts should be created around real people and actors has to fit the characters' profile to make the show works. People can understand it better and it makes the show more enjoyable because it makes more sense.

If you could put together your own Starfleet crew, with any characters in all of Trek who have been in Starfleet or could potentially be in Starfleet, who would you put together? Here are the criteria we came up with:
Positions:
Captain
First Officer
Tactical/Security
Engineering
Conn
Helmsman
Doctor

Include these stereotypes:
Token black person
Sex symbol
Token alien
Person with an accent
Annoying character

Think I'll get the stereotypes out of the way with one character:

Angela Bassett playing a Deltan that grew up in a russian village and is always talking about "the old country"
 
Captain ........ Charles Tucker, raise the shields and get me some pecan pie.
First Officer .. Sulu, he's always so calm.
Doctor ......... Chakotay, the crew are terrified of his beads and rattles.

Engineer....... Zephram Cochrane, the ship's perpetually drunk and drama queen.
Tactical ........ Ensign Sonya Gomez, because she so fucking hot.
Security ....... Odo, obvious.

Conn ........... Naomi Wildman, see below.
Helmsman ... Lieutenant Hawks, reanimated and non-Borg.
Councilor ......Worf, all counseling sessions take place on the holodeck, with Bat"leths.

Token alien ... Gertrude, first officer plant and secret lover interest.
Sex symbol ... Naomi Wildman, seriously have you seen a resent pic of Scarlett Pomers?


Token black person ... Dr. Richard Daystrom
 
Aren't CONN and helmsman more or less the same position, just the former is more the 24th Century name for the station that is manned by what was known in the 23rd century as Helm. i.e. Wes usually manned the CONN station in TNG and inputted the course, whilst Sulu manned the Helmstation and inputted the course.
