You maybe should prehaps watch last nights Undateable. (Spoilers)

Guy Gardener

Fleet Admiral
Admiral
Undateable (2014)

A live double episode aired twice last night of a fair situation comedy that's basically the Odd Couple meets Cheers, if you are unfamiliar, which for one night only had guest appearances by most of the cast of Scrubs, Minnie Driver, Kate Walsh, Dr Drew and 4 songs performed by Ed Sheeran.

It's all pretty sweet.

The east coast and west coast episodes are quite different, a few blunders, but more so the actors just went insane with power and ignored the script playing it up for the live audience. Ed sings different songs for the east coast and west coast.

Undateable is made by Bill Lawrence who produced Scrubs, so that's why that happened, the Eastcoast and westcoast episodes by themselves individually are highly enjoyable, but the compare and contrast of watching them both side by side is superb as you're trying to remember what's different and who is a cheeky bloody monkey.

:)

I actually saw a Carol Burnett a couple days ago where she accidentally stabbed Harvey Koreman in the balls with a collapsible stage sword.

Live TV is a hot mess.

Yeah.

Chris called babybird "pudgy" in the first one off script, and then everyone else added that to their dialogue in the second time agound.

"You remind me of that ugly guy from Whitney" was also made up on the spot.

Not starting a new thread, I start too many threads.

Every episode of Undateable this year is LIVE.

East coast feed, then west coast feed because of the time diffeence.

2 live performances where the script is semi-optional.

(Double episode tonight, so that make 4 in all.)

It has begun. :)

(Literally it has begun, you're already too late to watch this live if you haven't already.)

It's not that they didn't air it, it's that they didn't air it twice.

There is massive comedy in the differences between the east coast and west coast feeds.

Scott Foley was gang-raped in the West Coast Feed that you saw.

In the East-Coast Feed, only "Leslie" unscriptedly jumped him.

Apparently the adorable little waitress, Bridgit Mendler was a Disney Princess when she was younger, and has a few hundred (episodes of a handful of) Disney Sitcoms and a sampling of Disney original movies to her credit.

That and she's a stadium filling pop star.
