No longer a timed exclusive says Engadget. It was originally due for release on the Xbox 360 on September 14th with the PS2, PS3 and Wii versions due on October 19th but now all four versions will be released on the same day in October.
I think the 360 version is still coming out a month early, but the instrument bundle isn't. I could be wrong though, I'm not big into the music games.
I imagine a big chunk of the audience will already have instruments, in that case, from Rock Band 1 or one of the Guitar Hero games so they'll just buy the Solus version.
Yeah, the bundle is day and date, the disc is a month early. And that works for me, because I'm not buying anymore plastic stuff.
I'm just buying the game disc as well... which is what I did for the first RB anyway. Though I later bought the wireless 360 guitar. I just don't really care much about the drums or the mic.
