If i remember correctly didn't they have a tizzy with Sony way back in 2007 because a PS3 game allegedly used one of their Church in a game that was unfortunately the scene of some poor Aliens ass kicking.

Would have been so easy and typical of our generation for the fellow to just forget about it and think "not my problem", and keep playing.

Good on the guy that reported to his local cops and good on them for taking it seriously and getting in touch with Microsoft to find the kid that made the threat.
